A night of parody and pageantry 🌹
Our wonderful host, Father Pascal Sandwich, thoroughly interviewed and scrutinised each of our contestants. He asked questions which he believed would expose the fairest maiden in all of Berlin. Never before seen talents graced our stage which include: peeling a banana with feet, rubix cube flags, balancing two pens on one face, a Marge Simpson impression and many more.
Fourteen Roses competed for the crown on this fateful night but there could only be one winner. The crowd’s voice was heard loud and clear and The Tapioca Rose was crowned the fifth Rose of Dolgensee! (cheers) (applause).
CRÓ’s annual Rose of Dolgensee event parodies outdated expectations of women in Ireland, exposing stereotypes through a playful lens that involves the public.
